Job Title: Sr. Medical Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Medical Strategist to join our team at EVERSANA INTOUCH. As a key member of our global healthcare team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing medical strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global and international medical strategies, including search and analysis of scientific studies and clinical data.
  • Develop and maintain scientific content for promotional and educational activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and actionable scientific direction for planning and creative purposes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on disease states, treatment categories, and clinical evidence in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Engage with clients, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory functions, to provide scientific guidance and support.
  • Participate in virtual, hybrid, or physical meetings and workshops with external stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.

Qualifications:

  • MD or BD in Biology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology
  • 5+ years of experience in international/global healthcare agencies
  • Experience with Rx brand launches in global and EU markets
  • Experience in multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology, CNS, and Rare Diseases
  • English native speaker (proficiency in Italian and other EU languages is a plus)
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Digital Health/Digital Therapies markets and regulations
