Role Overview:

The Visitor Services Representative will report directly to the Guest Services Team Lead. This role encompasses various visitor-facing responsibilities, including Admissions, Retail, and Catering, all within a dynamic and bustling environment.

As the first point of contact for many guests, our team members play a crucial role in shaping the overall visitor experience and maintaining our esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with their inquiries.
  • Handle the processing of admission tickets, memberships, and special experiences.
  • Support the replenishment and organization of retail displays.
  • Provide assistance within the catering department as needed.

While prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this position.
