Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in all facets of pastry preparation, production, and presentation.

  • Mentor and guide kitchen staff and assistants, promoting adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Participate in the development and planning of menus, considering dietary needs, nutritional standards, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
