Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Support the Commis Chef in their development and training, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive kitchen culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback from senior chefs, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
