About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to achieve budget targets and optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen leader in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of chefs.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
