**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and train the reception team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of service.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service across the hotel.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including check-in and check-out processes, room allocation, and guest services.
