About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Moto, a leading motorway services provider. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer-facing staff to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs, working closely with the Store Manager to set targets and achieve results
  • Process stock counts and orders, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth and development
  • Take ownership of customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any issues
  • Support the team with preparing food and refreshments, ensuring high-quality products and excellent presentation
