Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Gateperson / Labourer to join their team on a commercial refurbishment project in a busy industrial setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Control access to the site gate, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Manage site visitors and deliveries, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Perform labouring duties when the gate is quiet, contributing to the overall success of the project.
**Requirements:**
- Valid CSCS Card, demonstrating a commitment to site safety.
- Previous experience as a Gateperson, with a proven track record of effective access control.
- Full PPE, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
**Working Hours and Pay:**
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with opportunities for longer hours as the project progresses. Hourly pay rate is negotiable, reflecting the candidate's skills and experience.
