Job Summary:

Claire's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concession Merchandiser to join our team. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the concession shop's inventory, sales, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting customer demand and driving sales.
  • Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, maximizing revenue and customer engagement.
  • Ensure markdowns are in line with operational requirements, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) to maintain a clean and efficient inventory management system.
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing losses.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly, ensuring accurate sales data and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a positive customer experience and store image.
  • Lead and train partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide regular updates on performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
