Job Title: Senior Occupancy Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for providing strategic occupancy planning expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement occupancy plans that maximize space utilization and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with corporate real estate teams to review and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns, and issues
  • Foster critical relationships with business unit leadership, corporate finance, project management, and move coordination teams to ensure seamless planning and execution
  • Manage the development of occupancy plans, sequencing group-level and individual moves, and resolving planning issues identified during client planning sessions
  • Ensure alignment of planning with corporate guidelines and recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in occupancy planning, corporate real estate, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and cell calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAFM/IWMS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level clients
  • Ability to think strategically, simplify complex issues, and drive results
