Four Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and exceptional service delivery to our clients, as well as taking a lead on CRM system upgrades, preparing tender proposals, and integrating AI technologies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and upgrade the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tender proposals.

Account Management:

  • Oversee the management of key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare key client KPI's/SLA dashboards for client review meetings.
  • Attend daily production meetings ensuring client requests are being met.
  • Responsible for the client onboarding process.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients promptly and effectively.
  • Be the first point of contact for qualifying inbound sales enquiries.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales operations and account management teams.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations and account management, preferably in a product-based sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
