The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee commercial operations, managing and negotiating client contracts and building relationships both with our clients and across the business.

This is a hybrid working role reporting to our VP, Group Commercial Affairs. Occasional international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering - promoting excellent relationships with internal team members and senior management and provides regular status updates.
  • Contract Management - lead negotiations and management of client contracts (MSAs and SOWs), ensuring they align with our requirements whilst maintaining standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams to draft, review, and finalise client agreements.
  • Relationship Management - develop relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations, while addressing and resolving any concerns or issues raised.
  • Problem Solving - analyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management.

What skills and experience you bring to the role

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems, analyse information and achieve quality standards
  • Strong analytical and financial management abilities.
  • Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Extensive experience in the healthcare industry is helpful, and demonstrable experience of working within Experiential, Learning or Employee Engagement services would be advantageous
