Job Title: Head of Technical Operations

SEI1GLOBAL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the SEI SIPP operation within the defined SEI risk and control framework to support the product and the in-house and outsourced SIPP administration function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and build subject matter expertise on SEIs retirement solutions, including adherence to regulatory environments, management information and oversight tools, and ensuring a forum for agile development.
  • Gain a good understanding of SEI's approach to Agile and build relationships across the location, including the Asset Management and Institutional teams.
  • Support the completion of RFPs, sales demonstrations, and positioning of solutions within different business operating models.
  • Work with wider solutions and platform teams to build a network and ensure a clear view exists of the front to back service offering and the interactions between these services.
  • Assist with testing and training of both internal and external resources in the front office solution offering.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills and management experience.
  • Significant pensions industry experience, especially SIPP, with an understanding of both the technical pension requirements as well as market knowledge.
  • Experience in outsourcing of Pension products and SIPP administration, including participation in product user groups and initiatives.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, commercial and budgetary understanding, and project and change management experience.
  • Business writing skills, ability to make strategic decisions using data and sound judgement, and customer service and client management experience.
