Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing payments and managing client requests.
  • Processing PCLS payments and regular payments for clients in retirement.
  • Performing technical calculations for clients in retirement and processing one-off and regular investment withdrawals.
  • Using HMRC online services to process income tax and processing death beneficiary payments.
  • Communicating with advisers and members to notify them of any issues with their requests and ensuring all requests are tracked until completion.
  • Participating in projects within the administration department and administering other aspects of SIPP and SSAS workload.
  • Building relationships with our advisers and clients and delivering exceptional communication and service.
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced members of the team.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Service Level Agreements and improving Quality Assurance across all areas of work.
  • Embedding risk management in all aspects of work and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong SIPP knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to our wider business success within the group.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Confident with the ability to ask questions.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
  • Fluent and positive written and verbal communication outcome with internal and external entities.
  • Excellent numerical and customer services skills.
  • Understanding of SIPP rules and ability to perform drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations, and divorce calculations.
  • Ability to understand investment transactions, including identifying non-standard investments.
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt new skills, processes, systems, and tasks.
