We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at a hotel company based in The City. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain competitive and compliant with regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, engineering) preferred.
