The Role

As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will oversee the setup of the front of house and counters operation each day, ensuring readiness for service. You will coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup of the front of house and counters operation each day, ensuring readiness for service.
  • Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers.
  • Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our menu to share with our customers, as well as creating attractive counter displays.
  • Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks.
  • Review and follow staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Hardworking front of house professional with the ability to manage a large team and significant peaks in service.
  • Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
  • Strong communicator who can motivate their team to deliver with enthusiasm and great personality.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in the Catering Industry.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
