Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) - KBR Partnership

TSR, the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company, is seeking a Technical Professional Leader Geotechnical for an LNG FEED Project. This circa 24-month contract role has an immediate start and will be based on 5 days a week in the KBR Offices in Leatherhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead in preparing engineering deliverables within the assigned scope, including design basis, material and construction specifications.
  • Independently perform engineering studies and produce recommendation reports.
  • Coordinate, direct, and review analysis/calculations, typically for structures, foundations, and civil infrastructure.
  • Prepare material take-offs and liaise with other disciplines, clients, and 3rd party contractors.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of design experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with modular design, transportation, and lifting conditions.
  • Proficient in Civil/Structural design software such as StaadPro, Mat3D, Foundation3D.
  • Experience working with structural steel and concrete.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to work in an office-based role.

This role is highly likely to be outside IR35, allowing engagement using a Ltd Co.
