We are seeking a committed Senior Advanced Support Worker for Time Recovery to enhance our Liaison & Diversion Service.
Your Role:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dynamic, and genuinely passionate about improving the lives and opportunities of those in contact with the criminal justice system. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Liaison and Diversion practitioners under the guidance of the Clinical Lead and Team Managers.
- Conduct assessments to determine the level of need using various screening tools to understand individual challenges.
- Facilitate connections with essential services by identifying unmet needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, substance misuse, housing, and employment issues.
- Perform needs-based assessments and reviews for individuals with substance misuse challenges in custody or court settings, ensuring they are informed about available services and their options.
- Deliver effective, evidence-based evaluations for complex cases, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship, and coordinating referrals to appropriate services while liaising with families and other professionals.
- Flexibly operate across various locations as per service requirements, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the region.
