Client Services Coordinator

About the Role:
Fellows Auctioneers is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Assistant to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Front of House Duties: Greet and host visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and embodying our company values.
- Client Registration: Assist in registering customers for viewings and valuations, adhering to company and governmental processes.
- Invoice Management: Support the accounts team with raising and settling customer invoices.
- Logistics Support: Aid the logistics team in the movement of goods.
- Auction Assistance: Allocate bids and assist bidders before and during auctions; approve online registrations.
- Client Coordination: Work on key client coordination, maintaining client details on our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in creating sales pitches, conducting market research, and supporting social media strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager and other department heads.
- Event Participation: Help organize and attend events, supporting the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in all tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- IT Proficiency: Strong skills in IT, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Positive Attitude: Approachable, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to support our clients and team.
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and working to deadlines effectively.
