We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy Service Department in the Norwich area.

About the Role:

  • As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when visiting our dealership.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating with them about service and repair work required on their vehicle, and providing estimates and updates on the status of their vehicle.
  • You will also be responsible for producing job cards, updating customer and vehicle records, and preparing and completing invoices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with motor dealership database software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £26,000, with an OTE of circa £32,000.
