Fire & Security Project Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable) + Company Vehicle/Allowance

Position Overview:

Our esteemed client, a prominent entity in the Fire & Security sector, is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Project Coordinator to enhance their dynamic team on a full-time basis.

This organization has established itself as a leader in the industry, consistently building a reputable brand that continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of projects from order receipt to final handover.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients regarding distribution/material scheduling, phasing, and programming needs.
  • Manage workforce, subcontractors, and service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Participate in contract site meetings and prepare necessary client documentation.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of Financial Progress Reports (FPR) by providing written insights on material discrepancies and final cost projections for both labor and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate the testing and commissioning of installations, completing the commissioning manual prior to handover.
  • Assist in managing subcontractor financial accounts.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Fire & Security Project Coordinator.
  • Technical expertise in various fire and security systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current fire and life safety regulations.
  • Exhibit commercial awareness within the Fire & Security domain.
