We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Co-ordinator to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing bedroom, meetings, and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote the hotel while meeting client expectations
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales-related role, ideally within hospitality
  • KPI and target-driven with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and think outside the box to maximize opportunities
