This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Event Coordinator at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise bedroom, meetings, and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries
  • Proactively promote the hotel while meeting client expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales-related role, ideally within hospitality
  • KPI and target-driven individual with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and think outside the box to maximise opportunities
