Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality standards and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
- Lead the QA team in improving operator performance through coaching and training, and collaborate with other department heads to improve overall product quality.
- Ensure internal process compliance and internal audit and corrective action processes are in place.
- Develop and manage quality control metrics to track corrective actions and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
- Higher or further education in engineering or a related field.
- Passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and team development skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record developing successful relationships internally and externally.
- Circa £65,500 - £75,000 per year.
