Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a PICU Mental Health Hospital in Nottingham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in our acute and PICU services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients in our acute and PICU services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive teamwork and a supportive environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year's mental health nursing experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
