Job Title: Estate Agency Administrator

A leading property company, dnevo Partners, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their Sales team in their Hampstead office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload property details and client information to the company database.
  • Prepare and type valuation and instruction letters.
  • Manage front of house, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Order stationery and supplies on a weekly basis.
  • Update and maintain the company website with current property details.
  • Prepare and proof-read advertisements for weekly and monthly publications.
  • Organize photography, floorplans, and statutory documents.
  • Handle post and franking outgoing mail.
  • Manage files and documents.
  • Coordinate the installation and removal of property boards.
  • Oversee the management of gas safety and electrical safety systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property industry.
  • Excellent typing skills, grammar, and proof-reading skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to meet deadlines and use initiative.
  • Well-presented with excellent telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills, including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Good customer relations and communication skills.
  • Team player.
