We are seeking an experienced Automotive Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Bus Presentation Team in Bolton, you will be responsible for managing a team of PSV Technicians and overseeing MOTs, PMIs, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of PSV Technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Oversee MOTs, PMIs, and routine maintenance to ensure compliance and quality
  • Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and flexibility
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Liaise with the Stock/Parts Manager to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials

Requirements:

  • Experience as a HGV/PSV Technician or Supervisor in the Commercial Automotive sector
  • Level 3 automotive qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a 4-day week with a mix of early and late shifts
