Red Bull's Student Marketeers are integral to our vibrant and empowered brand ambassador initiative.

These individuals possess a deep understanding of Red Bull's target demographic and play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's image and product awareness within their academic environment and surrounding areas. The primary objective of the Student Marketeer program is to connect with new consumers, energize university students, boost sales, and uphold the Red Bull brand presence on campus. This role involves direct interaction with consumers and clients, encouraging product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

Role Responsibilities

ACT AS A BRAND & PRODUCT REPRESENTATIVE

Embody the brand's personality and values, showcasing the brand in a premium manner through daily interactions with consumers and clients.
Expand the user base by promoting positive product trials and awareness through strategic sampling at optimal locations and times, while effectively addressing consumer inquiries.
Develop and implement a customized and innovative campus strategy that engages students and brings the brand to life within the university setting.
Establish and nurture a robust network by building relationships with key local figures.
Enhance brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic and relatable content.
Participate in Red Bull events and supported activities to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for attendees.

SALES EXPERTISE

Foster relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability in retail outlets.
Collaborate with sales teams to establish new distribution points for Red Bull within the university and surrounding areas.
Utilize relevant resources from the Red Bull portfolio to maintain brand prominence in sales accounts.
Ensure the flawless execution of established store standards.

Deliver exceptional execution and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
Share insights and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and virtual interactions.
Plan and document your activities using the designated online platform promptly and accurately.
Contribute to the growth of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at a university in the specified city
  • Charismatic, energetic, and outgoing personality
  • Deeply engaged in student life with a comprehensive understanding of the university, city, and region, including popular activities and hotspots
  • Ability to balance part-time work with academic commitments, with availability for some evenings and weekends
  • Passionate about the Red Bull brand and its products
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence
