Compensation:
£26,000 per annum + up to £3,000 commission
Note:
The base salary is subject to change based on start date.
Holiday: 12 weeks of paid leave annually
Work Environment:
This is a mobile position.
Your primary focus will be on schools throughout East Anglia, with occasional travel required across the UK.
Travel Expenses:
Fuel card provided in addition to salary (A valid driving license and personal transport are essential for this role)

Responsibilities
- Conduct music assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
- Inspire and engage children aged 4-11 to explore learning an instrument in a rock band
- Perform daily for an energetic and enthusiastic audience - children
- Build lasting relationships with school staff
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new schools starting our lessons
Qualifications
- Proficient in multiple instruments - skilled in at least three of the following: drums, guitar, keyboard, and vocals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
- Dynamic, confident, and approachable demeanor
- Enjoy performing and public speaking
- Personable and focused on building relationships
- Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided)
- Comfortable working independently
- Must possess a full UK driving license and personal transport

As this role involves regular interaction with children and young people, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
