The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Tax Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and pan-European real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic tax advice on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, guiding clients through intricate legal and financial landscapes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Spearhead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base within the real estate sector.
  • Develop innovative tax structures and compliance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

  • Possess a recognized professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in UK corporate tax, with a particular focus on the real estate industry.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
