We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager for an established retail company who are seeking a candidate to work at a fast-paced environment and deliver results. Our client is enjoying a sustained period of growth and success. We now have an exciting opportunity to join the company as a prestigious Customer Experience Manager and have a direct impact on the business and its future direction.
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will have full responsibility for delivering an exceptional service to customers. The successful retail manager will be responsible for developing the team, maintaining high store merchandising standards, achieving sales targets, and supporting the wider business.
Key Responsibilities as the Customer Experience Manager:
- Lead a large team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
- Customer-centric; ensure the team interacts with customers at all times
- People-focused: manage people and develop the team
- Recruit, induct, and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
- Autonomy to develop the team and recruit the right people to deliver your vision
- Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are underperforming
- Manage the performance of the management staff and colleagues
- Drive incentives for staff to achieve targets and KPIs
As the new Customer Experience Manager, you will be a credible presence in your store and must be able to support colleagues across your area. It is essential that you can work with your Store Manager on new initiatives as and when required. With a background in a fast-paced retail store preferred, we are seeking a motivated leader who can succeed in an excellent retail environment.
