Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT systems and processes, ensuring they are aligned with our business needs and goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT systems, infrastructure, and budgets.
  • Lead and drive projects to improve our technology infrastructure and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide system administration for all business software and operating systems, as well as IT systems and hardware support.
  • Manage and maintain our network and communication infrastructure, ensuring high levels of competency and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective incident management plans for critical applications.
  • Take responsibility for IT/Cybersecurity, ensuring the protection of our organization's data and systems.
  • Report key metrics, risks, and issues to senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • High level of competency in IT management and technology, with experience delivering projects within a department.
  • Broad experience across general IT systems, including network maintenance, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology use in a multi-location environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member across the organization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
