Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned .NET Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be tasked with the design, development, and upkeep of high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to produce user-centric and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and sustain web applications utilizing the .NET framework and associated technologies.
2. Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
5. Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
6. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
2. Strong understanding of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and C#.
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
4. Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
2. Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
