SALARY - £40,000 - £45,000

Overview of the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is collaborating with a dynamic organization in Hull to identify a talented Application Software Engineer. This role is pivotal as the company continues to expand its team and embark on exciting new projects and product developments.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience, showcasing a solid foundation in front-end development. Applicants should be adept at debugging and troubleshooting, as well as capable of producing essential documentation such as project specifications, user manuals, and testing/implementation plans.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in MVC and Razor Pages.
  • Experience with C# programming.
  • Familiarity with Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON data formats.
  • Competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Strong SQL development skills, including the creation of high-quality database solutions and T-SQL experience, along with the ability to analyze SQL queries for optimization.
