As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's financial records, ensuring all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger, handling supplier queries, and reconciling statements
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and purchase ledger accounts
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role in the industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
