About the Role:
You will be an integral part of the structural engineering team based in London, engaging with a diverse array of projects across various sectors including:

This role is tailored for a seasoned Lead Structural Engineer with a wealth of experience in structural analysis, design, and project oversight. The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing intricate engineering projects from conception through to completion.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct thorough surveys and prepare detailed reports.
- Perform structural analysis and design, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to create innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MasterSeries and TEDD software.
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering.
