Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities

  • Organise logistics for multiple groups, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including travel itineraries and supplier contracts.
  • Manage costings and payments, maintaining a high level of financial control and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating and confirming arrangements to meet client needs.
  • Assist with 24-hour duty officer responsibilities, providing critical support during out-of-hours periods.

Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required

  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Able to travel to events and meetings, representing the company with professionalism and poise.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage, but not a requirement.
