Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
- Organise logistics for multiple groups, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including travel itineraries and supplier contracts.
- Manage costings and payments, maintaining a high level of financial control and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating and confirming arrangements to meet client needs.
- Assist with 24-hour duty officer responsibilities, providing critical support during out-of-hours periods.
Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
- A good working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Able to travel to events and meetings, representing the company with professionalism and poise.
- Fluency in French is an advantage, but not a requirement.
