About the Role:

DataTech Analytics is seeking a skilled Marketing Mix Modelling Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for managing MMM projects, delivering high-quality results, and collaborating with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from data gathering to debrief, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the director to shape the company's offering and deliverables, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Actively develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Take the lead on MMM projects across various categories and markets, with ongoing support from the director.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and project management.
  • Background in Marketing Mix Modelling, preferably in a media agency or similar environment.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, with Python experience a plus.
  • Excellent presentational skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
