Fleet Management Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Management Administrator to join our team at Clarion. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks arising from the management of the Clarion Fleet estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a central vehicle list in conjunction with local area support.
- Process traffic fines and penalties.
- Conduct driver licence checks in conjunction with local area support.
- Perform grey fleet checks in line with Group H&S.
- Ensure all MOTs are completed on time in conjunction with local area support.
- Carry out vehicle inspections in conjunction with local area support.
- Provide an advice/help line for all drivers.
- Maintain accounts with parking, congestion, and toll suppliers in conjunction with local area support.
- Act as an escalation point for suppliers (garages, rental companies, insurers, etc.).
Requirements:
- Good level of IT proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise records and analyze data from various sources.
- Desirable experience in Fleet or Fleet Management.
