As a Customer Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to support enquiries, and performing administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and mentorship.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients interacting with the company via phone or email
  • Responding to support enquiries or passing them on to senior technical support colleagues or other departments as necessary
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, and online processes
  • Handling general office-based responsibilities such as basic upkeep and maintenance, stock handling, and dispatch
  • Utilizing transferable skills to assist various departments within the company as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
