### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of our service users, working alongside a team of mental health professionals to provide personalized care and support.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality care and emotional support to individuals dealing with psychiatric conditions, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all service users.
* Assist with daily activities and therapeutic interventions as directed by the clinical team, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.
* Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitoring and reporting on progress and well-being.
* Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding procedures, upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

### About You

* Previous experience in a Mental Health Support Worker role, with a compassionate and patient demeanor and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent are advantageous.
