Job Title: Nights Support Worker Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, house duties, and personal care.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, day trips, and social events.
  • Develop and implement person-centered plans to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless support and care.

Requirements:

  • 3 months experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with learning disabilities.
  • NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
