We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a Data Protection Mergers and Acquisitions Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of acquired businesses into our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Group Data Protection Officer to develop and implement a structured Data Protection M&A workstream.
- Provide transparency of risks through effective program governance and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
- Collaborate with acquired businesses to understand their operations and products from a privacy perspective.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project transitions to business-as-usual.
- Good programme management skills, with the ability to execute against set timelines.
- Knowledge of UK and EU data protection legislation and regulations.
- Highly autonomous with capability to proactively drive initiatives.
