Join Kindeva's Team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Kindeva, a global leader in drug delivery, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner. As a key member of the UK team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of using talent intelligence to achieve best-in-class outcomes. You will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and UK leadership to design and implement a recruitment strategy that produces top talent in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source top talent through varied strategies, including postings, job boards, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting.
  • Identify and attract strong talent within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO, or CDMO space.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and grow talent networks to impact long-term business strategy.
  • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience with a proven history of acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Undergrad degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience using data and talent market intelligence to drive recruiting decisions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, CMO, or CDMO space.
