Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process and input customer orders, proforma invoices, and estimates accurately and efficiently.
  • Update department databases and spreadsheets to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and internal departments to manage customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in an office administration environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel to an intermediate level.

  • Previous experience in sales administration is advantageous but not essential.
