About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Stock Allocator to join our Stock Control team at our Head Office in Altrincham. As a Trainee Stock Allocator, you will support the Senior Allocator and Allocations Manager in managing the stock packages of our 85 stores nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing spreadsheets to track stock levels and sales data
  • Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the production of weekly and monthly reports to inform business decisions
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Liaise with our Store Ops team, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team at Head office to ensure seamless stock management
  • Support senior team members with additional tasks as required

About You

  • You have a strong affinity for Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You are able to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities with ease
  • You are enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to a change in priorities
