Team Overview

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Handler to join our team.

Role Purpose

As the initial point of contact for Zego customers, we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will adopt a first-contact resolution approach, taking responsibility for efficiently resolving customer claims. You will collaborate within a dynamic, high-performing team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work flexibly while initially attending the office for training and onboarding.
  • Become an integral member of our expanding Claims Team, contributing significantly to the company's goals.
  • Handle FNOL calls and claims for our motor insurance clients, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver professional service.
  • Direct customers to the most suitable service providers.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers, fostering trust-based relationships.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products to effectively address customer questions.
  • Input customer data into our internal systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to office and claims operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
  • Attention to detail and a talent for building rapport.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
