Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include delivering exceptional post-sales service and product setup at client locations, as well as instructing customers and distributors on the use and upkeep of various products.
This role is client-facing, and you will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for superior customer service and product delivery.
- Utilize factory resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers.
- Conduct training sessions focused on operations and maintenance.
- Develop and document detailed service training programs.
- Offer technical assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams during office hours, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support Administration Team for logistics and spare parts management.
- Work alongside the Development Team to identify software bugs and design challenges.
- Continuously enhance and assess service functions, processes, and databases to align with organizational objectives.
- Provide technical sales support to the sales team and distributors.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a professional IT networking certification (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent) and/or a Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline such as Electronics, Music Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid, clean driving license.
- Experience with networking protocols (IP/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTSP), LAN configurations, and AoIP technologies (AES67, Dante, SMPTE).
- Practical experience in Broadcast Engineering or Customer Support within a Broadcast Environment.
- Knowledge of audio and audio control systems at the system-to-component level, particularly in broadcast applications.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of computer-based control systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Experience in Broadcast Production environments and workflows.
- Knowledge of Data Center Network Technologies.
- Familiarity with audio testing equipment and audio measurement techniques.
- Comprehension of broadcast audio and audio interfaces.
