Position: Senior Pediatric Nursing Specialist – Community Care

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Senior Pediatric Nursing Specialist to join our dedicated Community Care team, providing essential support to families in their local areas.

Location: This role is based in a central hub, easily accessible from various regions.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £37,821 to £44,855 per annum (pro rata) plus a 10% shift premium.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, comprising 37.5 hours per week (3 shifts of 12.5 hours).

About the Role:

As a Senior Pediatric Nursing Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive, family-centered care to children and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Charge Nurses to foster effective teamwork.
  • Taking on leadership and management responsibilities to enhance service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Registered nurse with a valid UK NMC pin.
  • Extensive experience in pediatric nursing, particularly with children and families.
