About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Lead to join our EMEA Data Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving outstanding capabilities in data management, including data quality, data architecture, artificial intelligence, and data sovereignty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Risk Management Group Data Office to enhance and lead the Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting governance capability across EMEA.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure compliance with regional and global regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive change management and leverage strong influencing skills.
  • Communicate complex data concepts to global stakeholders using everyday language.
  • Design and test effective controls to mitigate data risk.
